The check-in went great the morning staff was great it was clean the only thing is the lady who was doing the food working in the back seemed sick and she kept coughing and being on her phone I was like is this for sanitary to eat I wish they would’ve had a waffle or pancake maker the beverage station juice container you could see the mold inside the water. It’s a really nice hotel and sitting area for the food just need to do a food upgrade they also should have seasoned potatoes

Hyatt Place is very clean and attractive. We checked in around 6 and all of the staff were great. Spent some time in the bar and the bartender was fun and we enjoyed some fun conversation about college, pets and football.

Room was not cleaned, dirty towels were not picked up and clean towels replaced. Had to ask on a daily basis for towels to shower. When I asked front desk one gentleman said he would look into it and see. He gave me clean towels so I expected the old towels to be removed they were not. I went down to front desk to request the room to be cleaned, on Saturday 11-15-25 and was confronted with a lady behind the counter in a rude and abrasive manner. Not what you want with the price your paying for these rooms. Will not recommend this hotel because of this.

We requested adjoining rooms since we were a traveling group with children. It was confirmed to be arranged by the hotel due to specific needs we had. Checking in they acknowledged the request but did not uphold the promise thus making the trip have complications. I will be requesting a refund to resolve the issues this made.
