Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Rooms were great and perfect location for Bucks game or visiting Milwaukee. Room was large and well maintained. Only complaint was the continental breakfast was team was short staffed and silverware and food were slow to come out from the kitchen area. Hotel was busy they were just short staffed in the kitchen area.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Milwaukee. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location was excellent—close to many attractions and within easy walking distance to everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get around the area. We would definitely stay here again and plan to book this hotel for future visits!

Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference.
