Tub in our room did not drain after one shower. The carpeting was ripped in multiple spots and look to be about 30 years old with stains. The room was not kept up well at all. I paid for an executive suite and got a room with two queen beds. It’s only worth about $50 to stay here per night and I had to pay 200 Wyndham should really be checking their properties better. I’m not really sure why there was even a phone book in the room from 2018 that was ripped anyway not that anyone uses them anymore. I actually took pictures of all the issues, but I don’t see anywhere. I can download them on here.

Room was very dated and musty. Had a weird smell and the carpet felt slick/wet but it wasn’t. There was blood on the door that looked like a fingerprint so that was a little sketchy. It served it’s purpose as we were in town for a wedding with limited hotel options but wouldn’t stay again

The rooms were clean and the front desk personnel were great! They were in the middle of minor updates but it didn’t bother us. There was plenty of food options close by so the kids were happy. Overall, it was worth the price.

We had an excellent stay. We were put in a pet friendly room and there was a faint scent of wet dog. Maybe it was just me since I seen the sign pet friendly. Otherwise the room was super clean! We had a very restful night. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Dark & Dingy

The selection of accommodations in this area - near premier golf courses - is lacking. We stayed due to proximity to the course but I felt that this hotel was dirty and in need of major renovation. The carpet was stained, the blinds didn’t close fully {and we happened to be on the first floor overlooking a wooded area} and it smelled musty. There were several areas in the hallways were carpet was wet and they had dehumidifiers running. Dark and dingy is how I’d sum it up. I also didn’t like staying in a “pet friendly” room - that grossed me out as well. Staff was friendly, location close to many things but hotel needs a major overhaul unfortunately.

Room booked was pet friendly, called hotel to verify room was pet friendly & on 1st floor told it was, upon check in told room wasn't pet friendly & wanted to charge me an additional $300. When I requested my money back the man at the desk got my pet allowed. Breakfast was bad (sausage tasted funny), couldn't eat it, went to McDonald's for breakfast, coffee was cold, room needed updating, bathtub was patched, carpet well worn, closet smelled bad & key card wouldn't unlock doors. Pictures are better than what the property actually looks like. This hotel is not worth what they charge!
