The notices of termination of utilities on the door did not get us off to a great start. The neighborhood is just about 3-4 blocks away from a completely different feel...in terms of safety. Everything about the place is just a bit off. Maybe the spot is making a comeback but from the front steps to the odd/tiny rooms and bizarre set-up, it is simply not worth anywhere near the price we were charged. Maybe if you were a group of 6 recent college grads it would be ok but short of that, I cannot recommend. This is unfortunate given that the host was very pleasant.

Great house. House is older but loved the look and style. Home was clean, with not a ton of modern upgrades if that bothers you. Near a main road so you could hear traffic noise on Saturday nights, but nothing crazy. House was in a great location near Brady street. Walked home and around the house numerous times with no concerns.

Seemed to be some confusion whether we were coming or not, but our host hurried up and got everything ready. Probably my fault for not contacting him sooner, but had a great time and the place was exactly what was expected.
