The house is located in a calm residential area of Wavendon Gate and has great access to M1, A421, and Milton Keynes city centre which is only 8 minutes drive away.

Car - easy access to M1, A421, and Milton Keynes city centre. The property has a driveway that can fit up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is also available outside the property free of charge.

Bus - there is a bus stop located 5-6 mins walk away. There is a service which runs every 15 mins and can take you to Milton Keynes city centre. We recommend looking on the Arriva website for full information on their bus routes.

Taxi - we recommend using Speedline or Skyline taxi. Uber also operates in the area.

Electric Scooter & Bike Hire - there are various electric scooters and bikes dotted around the area available to hire via an app.
