Excellent stay, second time in a few weeks. They have recently started doing food which is a great add to the hotel. The breakfasts are reasonably priced and delicious! Best breakfast sandwich ever! Will be staying again when we are in MK next. Staff are so accommodating and rooms are immaculate.

Have requested a receipt so many times to no avail. I was even charged twice for the same stay 2 months apart. Actually have really nice rooms and reception/ bar area and it’s quiet but you can’t have food here and their payment system is terrible which is probably why I can’t get a receipt from them and means I won’t get reimbursed from work. Thank you Kingfisher or whatever you call yourself.

I arrived really late just before midnight . The night porter checked me in . He was lovely and helpful . Found my room and had a nice nights sleep . Allowed a late check out as I arrived so late . Very impressed . Woke up to a lake view .

Fabulous standard. Newly refurbished to high spec. Very friendly staff. Lovely and quiet. I felt perfectly safe, helped by my room being on the upper floor and there being a 24/7 reception. Worth noting the rooms are “motel” style - ie doors to the exterior walkways which for single vulnerable travellers should just be aware of. That said … I intend to make this my go to place for Milton Keynes. Excellent value for money.
