Excellent hotel, great room. Close to shopping centre and food options. Only downside is there was an ice dispenser outside of our family room which when used was extremely loud. Not a great location seeing as a family room usually means children or infants sleeping so the ice dispenser wakes everyone up. Perhaps move it to near the lifts?

Excellent parking, service and staff. Had a brilliant stay and the view alone is worth the entire expense. If I had to nit-pick the only thing I would say is the glasses in the room were quite dusty on the outside and the shower head itself could do with a bit of cleaning but other then that its brilliant and spotless. Will definitely be staying again and will recommend!

Parking was close and plentiful. Hotel staff were very attentive. We did really enjoy our stay and the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful with my children allergies and very professional and welcoming. The only negative of our stay was the faulty bath in our suite which meant the water ran away. This was temporarily rectified but we were not offered any means of compensation for the inconvenience being that we were only staying one night and the hotel manager and caretaker had to be in our bathroom for half an hour and were unable to solve the problem but temporarily wedge the plug.

Very convenient location for Theatre & shopping centre with large multi-storey car park right next door. Hotel was clean & views amazing, especially from the sky bar & restaurant on the 14th floor. Would definitely stay there again.
