Awesome

Overall, this stay was very nice, Everything was clean upon arrival. Communicated efficiently when a problem arose. Snacks provided for all rooms in your stay. Small but nice place. 10/10 would choose again. Very affordable as well.

Good Deal!

Property was clean and comfortable. Gave our family the chance to stay together when in the area for UVM graduation. The host, Alex, was quick to respond and answer any questions. Loved the Ben and Jerry’s left for us! And yes…we heard the train, but did not find it disturbing at all!

Cute, simple space with great amenities

Duplex was as advertised—great location with a large lawn and comfortable beds. This was a great space to watch the eclipse. Outdoor space was plentiful with a cute deck. Work from home space was a bit limited, but fine for a few days. We were not disturbed at all by the neighbors or the train. (The train ran infrequently and was across the street.) Alex stocked the house with lots of treats and was very responsive to questions and flexible when our plans changed slightly. If we had any complaint, it would be that the house lacked a binder with WiFi passwords and instructions, but the host is working to address this.

Close the Burlington

We chose this house because of its proximity to Burlington and the price. It’s only about 20 minutes away, but half the cost of houses right in the city. We were very happy with our stay and the house was just as expected. It was clear from the property description that there are train tracks close by, and you can hear the trains very clearly (once the house even shook), but they weren’t super frequent and didn’t bother us as we were expecting it. The host was very prompt at answering our questions, and even left some treats for us in our rooms! Would recommend
