Beach’s are a 45 min drive south to Navarre Beach or 30m to Pensacola Beach! This is a residential home with an attached private room for rent not a detached cottage or bungalow. You do not have to go through owners space to access room. Room has private, driveway access with access to backyard. Owners have children and two dogs in their own separate fenced area in the backyard with pool and hot tub access. Guests have their own pet fence area. Pool and hot tub is shared space with host/owner as it is in the backyard.

Stayed here for over a month while making a move from Virginia to the Milton area. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks. Very convenient parking under the carport, right in front of the door. Very clean apartment, nice shower, washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, and plenty of storage. Pet friendly too! The property manager, Rebecca, is friendly and helpful. Great visit.

The property was bigger than it seems in pictures which was a huge plus for us (3 adults) with 2 of us having mobility issues we had plenty of room to move around and especially the shower stall which had a nice convenient built-in seat
