A modern house located in a village at an elevation of 800 m on the edge of the forest, with a wonderful view of Lake Millstatt. A hub for walks along marked trails (we recommend the Pilgerweg) and bike rides (Millstattersee loops).
A 5-minute drive from the beaches and grocery stores.
Free private parking and a large garden with a lawn.

On the first floor, there is a bright, open-concept space featuring a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and dining area overlooking the terraces.
On the first floor: a master bedroom with a lake view and an en-suite bathroom, another bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with a lake view, the other with a forest view)—you choose: sleep on a high bed or a low sofa bed. Top floor: a relaxation area with a bathtub, lake views, and a Goldeck.PGJyPgPGJyPgGuest accessPGJyPgThe house is spread over multiple levels. The basement is the only area not available, as is the attic.
