Welcome to Barnes Family Farm- a farm stay retreat with a pool, where wide open space, fresh air, and a one-of-a-kind country experience come together just minutes from town.

Set on 40 peaceful acres, this working farm stay offers a rare blend of relaxation, privacy, and hands-on farm charm. Guests love waking up to the quiet countryside, seeing horses nearby, and experiencing a slower pace while still being conveniently located close to local restaurants, shopping, and essentials.

Inside, the home is bright, open, and designed for gathering. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and showcase beautiful sunset views across the property. The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drawer microwave, and everything you need for meals during your stay. The living area features a smart TV for streaming, and there is a laundry room available for convenience.

The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and a spacious bathroom with a double vanity and large tiled shower with dual shower heads. The guest bedroom is perfect for families, offering a bunk setup with a full bed, twin bed, and an additional twin.

Golf Weekend

Stayed for two nights with my golf group for a couple of days playing the Capitol Hill courses. What a wonderful property to spend time at. Minutes from the course and a multitude of restaurants, which would be great had we not cooked in the wonderful kitchen

The Perfect Oasis For Our Family

This property is truly a treasure! We came here to take refuge from hirricane Milton, and we didnt want ro leave. The view, the house, the town, it was all so dreamy and just what we needed to keep our minds at ease while our home was being hit by the hurricane. None of us wanted to leave.

A Tremendous Stay

This house and the property on which it sits are amazing. We spent a week with our 3 dogs and will certainly do so again. The pool is perfect. The sun room is a treasure. This is definitely one of our favorite places to stay as a family.

Peaceful!

The location was perfect! We had a very peaceful stay. It is a lovely decorated property and VERY clean. I came for my 50th birthday to relax and unwind. I wanted to swim so bad, but with the cooler temperatures, the water was too cold for me...lol. There was great communication from Alyson and she made sure we had firewood for the fire pit. I would definitely book again.

Simply perfect!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have stayed here during our trip to the area because this place is an absolute gem. It is just as breathtaking as the pictures, and as for amenities, we truly could not have asked for anything more. We particularly enjoyed the large assortment of board games available to play. There was a slight hiccup with the check-in process (not the host's fault), but the host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Honestly, we have not been this impressed with a vacation rental in years, and this place has become the new gold standard against which we will measure all future stays. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!
