From the living room/kitchen area, you will enjoy the view of the large enclosed grounds, the surrounding countryside and the pond where, with a bit of luck, you may see some carp swimming! Very quiet environment and 3km from the owners. Le Pigeonnier is situated in a medieval village of the Lot and not far from the Dordogne department and its river 4 km away. Possibility to visit many tourist sites in both departments. Close to the gîtes 46G1810 and 46G12530. On the ground floor, Dining room - Kitchen area with flat screen, one bedroom (1 bed 1,40m), Shower room and independent wc. On the 1st floor, two communicating bedrooms with access only from the outside. Bedroom with 1 bed 1,40m and on the 2nd floor, a bedroom under the roof with 2 beds 0,90 (access is by a milling ladder). WC with access from the outside for these 2 rooms. Electric heating by convector. In the basement, 1 room which contains the washing machine. Pond enclosed by a fence. Playground with boules, draughts, croquet and table tennis. The Plus?
