Not so bad, a common hotel, they could improve

Don’t worth the price I paid by night, but not so bad overall depending your expectations. Mine are not high, so this hotel do the job for one or two nights, but a bit too expensive regarding the conditions of the bedrooms (could be cleaner, more warmth and attractive). Sounds they are in low staff as well, so they do what they can, and they doing good. Beds are confortable. Breakfast is correct, not healthy ^^ but standard. The location is quite cool, you got everything you need all around (gas station, fast foods, some stores…)

09-20-2025 at approx. 5:30 PM my wife stumbled and fell in the lobby near bathroom. registration person at desk, Devron was by her side immediately, helped her get up, asked if she was OK, and followed-up later in the evening to check on her condition. thankfully she had no noticeable injury Devron was very professional in all aspects of the situation.

My friend and I were going to a concert at Gillette. We originally had a different hotel, but we found out on the way down that hotel had a roach infestation….. So I was able to book this room last minute and it was amazing! Check in was so quick the room was clean and the area around the hotel had lots of shopping and dining options. Finally, it was also very close to the stadium! Great place, would stay again!

The hotel was okay, it needs an update. The people next door to us were so loud, my husband and I were awake all night after our flight. The staff was wonderful, we dealt with the same person everytime and she was very accommodating and sweet. Beds were not comfortable either. Probably wouldnt stay here again.
