On Expedia it didn't state there were two Miles City Hotels, one new and one old. When I went to the new one they informed me we were across the street. They had the lower level rooms as pet friendly. When we opened the door, there was a terrible smell to the room (which we paid $164.00 for the room), the furniture was from 1980, the bathroom was old and smelled of mildew, beds were not real comfortable. We will never stay there again, nor would we recommend anyone to stay there.

Exhausted upon arrival (I’m nearing the end of a 6500 mile road-trip), I was greeted by the (late afternoon) receptionist who clearly loves her job. She was friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely glad I had chosen to stay at the property. I was invited to partake in the fresh pot of soup that was simmering in the breakfast area. My chocolate lab was given a cellophane bag of mini-dog bones, and the room was set up (no carpet) for dog guests. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Low fragrance! Good for HSPs! The towels smell like Ivory Snow. No perfumes are used in the rooms. Loved my stay and would stay again.

Yummy breakfast and a gr8 stay

Ok so the.reviews were really good so i took.a chance and so glad i did. We were welcomed with a pot of soup, which is put out faily around 5 p.m Upon check in, we were told all the water. Juice, coffee, and tea were free and avaliable 24 hours. Breakast ran from 6 to 10 and it was delicious. Besides cereal and fresh fruit. They offered waffle, your typical breakfast, however they alao had a yummy potato scramble wuth potatoes, cornbeed and potatoe along with kielbasa. Dwliah!

The staff at the hotel were great! Made us feel welcome. We had to switch rooms as one of the non-smoking rooms smelt like smoke, we had no issues changing rooms while staying close to our other travellers. Hotel needs a renovation. Rooms were old, caulking was thick and a mess. Better cleaning in rooms required. A bobby pin was found on one of the pillows. The breakfast was great! Loved all of the options.

Most part was nice place. Was not thrilled where room was located. Second floor right above lobby and entrance. Couldn't open currants at night or window. Front entrance light was right out side window. An elevator would also be nice.
