Staff was horrible! Bunch of liars who said I could check out early and get reimbursed, then reversed it and kept the money. Expedia wouldn’t do anything about it either!

There was a cockroach investstion and staff played if off like it wasnt a big deal and the rooms were dirty with food and when asked to speak to a manager they wpuld answer their phone. Also would not give a refund adter having to pack everytjing up and go to another hotelbecause

Called the hotel direct and was told there were no rooms available. I booked a room on Expedia without problems. The pool was closed for repairs and the hotel had no signage or notification. Very disappointed as that was the reason for paying higher rate to be at a hotel with a pool. There was no elevator. That should be disclosed on the hotel information. We won’t stay here again.

It was okay. More of a hotel style and check in was very slow even though I was the only person there. Staff was nice hut paying $25 for one night for my dog seems a little silly. Also, I don’t enjoy being put on the 1st floor with the outdoor layout as a solo female traveling.

Room was as clean as they could make it but smelled terrible. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke and carpet smelled bad too. Pet friendly room with carpet... no good. Room needs a fresh coat of paint and pull the carpet. TV didn't work. Staff was great and tried to fix TV but unsuccessful.

The carpet in room 101 was soaking wet. From the door to the TV. The room had a musky order and I’m assuming it’s from the carpet. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. The bed was also very hard.

Disappointed

Staff was good. Lots of outlets didn’t work. 2 tv remote was confusing. Hair in a few spots in bathroom n sink area. Other clientele made us nervous. It is a motel not a best western hotel that you would think of as being up to the brand’s standards.
