The resort provides top-notch services for her guests and I would recommend the all inclusive service to anyone who wants to stay. However, there is a limited transportation to the city and drivers tend to exploit foreigners. In addition, the laundry service of the resort is very expensive and there are no pressing irons or ironing boards in the rooms.

Otelde ciddi denetim problemi mevcut. Personelin ve odaların denetimi ilgili departman müdürleri tarafınca yapılabilse, otelin muhteşem konumunda gerçekten 5 yıldızlı hizmet verilebilir. Odadaki arızalar aslında kendilerine zarar veriyor. Örneğin duş hortumu delikti. Aradık ve tamir ettirdik. Bu delik hortum su tüketimini çok arttırıyor. Muhtemelen biz ikaz etmesek sezon sonuna kadar kimse ilgilenmeyecekti. Odanın kartlı sistemi bozuktu. Kapıda kaldık. Sonra klasik metal anahtar verdiler. Halbuki resepsiyon bu konuda bilgi sahibi olmalıydı. Mini bar ücretsiz dolumu sonuçta parasını vererek satın aldığımız bir hizmet. İki gün defalarca resepsiyona telefon etmemiz sonrası dolduruldu. Üçüncü gün ise resepsiyonu aramamıza rağmen hiç uğramadı. Kıbrıs dahil işim gereği ülkemizin birçok şehrinde 5 yıldızlı otellerde konaklama yaptım. Bu otel fiyat performans olarak da 5 yıldızlı bir hizmet tam manasıyla maalesef veremedi. Artılar: Yemek hizmetleri gayet iyi. Plaj çok iyi. Deniz birden derinleşiyor. Ancak doğal bir koy olduğu için deniz dalgalı değil.

Guzel bir Aile Tatili icin Mukemmel

Otel Bodrum Guvercinlik lokasyonunda yer aliyor. Koy tamamen otele ait ve etrafinda baska hicbir yerlesim olmadigi icin sessiz, sakin huzurlu bi ortam ciziyor, aileler icin uygun. Otelin yemekleri guzel. Otel calisanlari ozellikle eglence ekipleri cok guleryuzlu ve girisken. Yetiskinler ve cocuklar icin etkinlikle mevcut. Cocuklu aileler icin ve sesten hzak kafa dinlemek isteyen musteriler icin havuzlar farkli. Otel yeni degil, odalar ve restoran kismi biraz eski fakat cok temiz. Ozellikle pandemide restoran kisminda temizlik ve maske konusunda cok titizler. Tek olumsuz yorumum deniz ve koku icin olabilir. Deniz cok durgun ve gol suyunu andiriyor. Berrak degil, dibini hicbir sekilde goremiyorsunuz. Nereden geldigini anlayamadigimiz yer yer lagim benzeri kotu bir koku da otel cevresinden geliyor, akibetini anlayamadik.

Aging hotel, very friendly staff,competent manager

The hotel is a little outdated. From this point of view, you can really enjoy the benefits of the hotel in its own bay and with nice staff. Especially the manager Ahmet Derin left a very professional and competent impression. He runs the hotel as it should be and takes the customers' concerns seriously and takes care of them personally. Hats off and warm regards.

genel otel ve deniz kalitesi vasata a yakın ayrıca yemekler lezzetsizdi. sitede belirtilen oda m2 si ile verilen oda m2 si farklıydı ( sitede 23 gerçekte 18 m2) sabah saat lerinde çay içebilmek için yoğun çaba sarfetmek gerekli, Ayrıca otel misafirleri anlyamadığımız bir şeklide katogorize edilmiş durumdaydı restoranda yemek servisleri sırasında denize yakın ferah masalarda oturmanız mümkün değil belli (kriteri nedir bilmiyorum) müşteriler için en ferah masalar her gün rezerve edilmiş durumdaydı kendimizi ortaçağ avrupasında yaşayan zencilermişiz gibi hissettirdiler.
