To ensure maximum security and in compliance with Milan City regulations, in-person verification is required at our office. After checking in and registering in person, we’ll provide you with digital keys to access the apartment. 🛡️

Office Hours:

🗓️ Monday through Saturday: Open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

🗓️ Sunday: Open from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Check-in and Hours:

🕒 Standard hours are from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

💬 Please let us know via chat if you’ll be arriving early or late.

🌙 Late Check-in: For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a 50€ surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later).

Check-out:

🕙 Must be completed by 10:00 AM.

⏳ Late check-out incurs an additional charge of €15 for each extra hour.

👶 Cribs for families: We offer a crib rental service for just 20€. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you upon arrival!

🌐 Wi-Fi & Security: Unplugging the router is strictly prohibited. The connection manages digital access: unplugging it means you risk being locked out of the house! 🚫🔌

🔑 Lost Keys: If you lose your set of keys, a €100 penalty will be charged.
