GREAT ROOM, GREAT LOCATION

Very unique stay! The guesthouse which the rooms are located at is super cute. It has a common area with a kitchen and dining table to share with the other guests but just downstairs by the patio there is this amazing restaurant owned by the hotel and they serve delicious food! Worth staying here and having dinner or lunch at the restaurant. The staff was super friendly and the hotel itself was just a block away from the bus station and a supermarket, close to the metro as well. 100% recommend! The room was super clean too! No problem with anything at all!

The hotel is unique, a converted barn. Room is clean. I find the lighting is dark for my liking. It is hot we tried adjusting the aircon temp but it did work. Close to public transportation. Overall good.

Foresteria nel verde del paesaggio cittadino

Posto immerso nel verde, nella zona di Porta Romana, ben collegato con la metro. Si tratta di una vecchia cascina recuperata, con annesso bar/ristorante. E' davvero molto particolare come posto, lo consiglio se non si vuole soggiornare nei soliti alberghi cittadini. Ed è comunque dotato di tanti comfort. In camera non è presente la TV, per il resto c'è tutto.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen, das Hotel hat eine angenehme Lage, man hat 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch einige tolle Restaurants, Cafés & Bars zB das hotel eigene Restaurant Bar. Das Personal Ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind Sauber und gepflegt. Ich kann das Hotel besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Cuando entramos en la habitación, sobre las 20 horas, y comprobamos el estado del alojamiento, nos marchamos a otro hotel. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, el acceso con una escalera angosta y con escalones desgastados y desiguales que cargados con equipaje es peligroso, el ascensor no funcionaba, las paredes de la habitación y todo raspadas con manchas y sin pintura, ventanas sucias. No se trata de hacer daño gratuito, pero si hay que decir que no es correcta la información sobre las condiciones en que se encuentra el alojamiento, sinceramente, creo que en tal caso nadie reservaría.

Buena ubicación y entorno muy lindo

Lugar muy interesante por la antigüedad de la construcción y su entorno. Tuvimos un inconveniente ya que el aire acondicionado sonaba muy duro y no nos permitía descansar, tocaba apagarlo y con el calor tan intenso fue bastante incómodo. Al solicitar ayuda no pudieron hacer nada por ser día domingo. Tiene un comedor, nevera, horno y cafetería, que se puede usar.

Il posto è sicuramente unico, stare in Milano e sentirsi in una cascina "in campagna" non ha prezzo , ma penso che per il prezzo della camera ci sia del margine per curare ancora qualche "dettaglio".... per ora è un po' "naif" , non tutti potrebbero apprezzare... ( la mia stanza odorava ancora un po' di "bestiame", impianti e isolamento un pelo da aggiornare forse....) però i letti sono molto comodi, ho dormito bene. Anche ottima l'idea di dare i tappi per orecchie in dotazione, ho gradito molto. Molto bello lo spazio comune, ho anche mangiato bene nel ristorante, peccato che apra solo alle 9 la mattina... dovendo partire prima ho fatto colazione in un bar vicino, decoroso

게스트하우스. 건물이랑 위치는 매우 좋았습니다. 관광지랑 좀 떨어져있긴 하지만 버스나 트램 지하철 이용하기도 편했고 바로 옆에 미슐랭가이드 소개된 식당도 있고요. 방문 전 직원과 컨텍해야하는부분이 조금 번거롭지만 밀라노에서 이정도 컨디션으로 지내기에는 만족스럽습니다. 다시 방문 의향 있음. 다만 일부 전등이 안 들어와서? 조금 어두운 느낌이 있어용.

BRAVO

Parken gegen eine Gebühr im Supermarkt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Metro in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Ideal wenn man 1-2 Tage Mailand besuchen möchte. Man kann ach sehr gut Biologische Speisen Cafe konsumieren. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man urban mag.
