A comfortable 60-square-meter apartment in the Città Studi neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the University of Milan and the Polytechnic University. The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Please note that there is one step to enter the building and steps to access the elevator.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed (for 2), a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, desk with chair, and split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (for 2 people), TV, and split A/C;
