The room was fancy but many functions were not pratical. Also we were advised to book a guided tour of Last Supper. We were misinformed that the ticket would be sold out if we did not book through you. But actually there were plenty tickets with various prices. The one we booked were 200 euros/per person and we paid 400 euros for two persons for a mediocre service of less than one hour. Very misinforming!! I would advertise to anyone who will go to Milan not to get into this trap.

The beds were as hard as a rock. My wife and I were barely able to sleep. We both like firm beds, but this was ridiculous. I requested from the manager to allow us to check out early and find another hotel with more comfortable beds, but she refused to let us do so with out paying for the entire 4 night stay.

This hotel is perfectly located near the duomo and the galería and is an ideal location for being a tourist. The staff is extremely friendly and genuine. The one thing we would have preferred is that the room had no dresser or luggage stands. The furnishings are quite modern and this may have been by design, but this meant living out of a suitcase. Nicer to have places to unpack. Still if looking for a nice clean and friendly boutique hotel walking distance to everything, this is a gem.

Great centrally located hotel, right next to Park Hyatt Milan, Vik Hotel and the Galleria Milan. Lots of dining and upscale shopping options nearby. Spacious suites in a boutique hotel at a fraction of a price of the large hotels nearby. Super clean rooms, well equipped and modern. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very simple.

The Street location is incredibly central to a long list of things to do and keep you busy in the Fashion Capital of Europe. The rooms are modern and well equipped. My one comment is the shower. The water can be incredibly hot. If you bump the controls while in there, scalding is more than possible. A huge issue if travelling with a child. Be aware of this. 2 stars for facilities because of this. Milan is a beautiful city full of culture, architectural beauty, fashion, and culinary delight. Enjoy your travels!!
