The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The modern bathroom is complete and functional, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
Among the included services are air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The environment is non-smoking and the elevator ensures convenient access for all guests.

Before going out, check that you have turned off lights, air conditioning and small appliances and that you have closed doors and windows.
Check-out is expected by the time indicated in the booking to allow subsequent guests to prepare the apartment.
