Every time I have to leave Milan to return to the US, I spend a night at this hotel. The staff is professional and kind, and the rooms are good. They also serve a free breakfast and offer a free shuttle service. I'll be back next spring.

A great service for a reasonable price. A warm welcome & easy checkin. We stayed twice on our European trip to access Malpensa Airport. Free shuttle. Free reasonable sized breakfast. One of the rooms was a little aged however everything was clean.. Traffic noise as it is a corner building Comfortable beds.

Free airport shuttle but you have to call them when already in the airport. Our problem that time is that we don’t have phone roaming. Only wifi data. Hope they have other options like email for travel details. So that they will just pick-up their guests without calling.

Bigger rooms, bigger bathrooms, a microwave in the room, shops or vending machine at the hotel, if you arrive at night there is nowhere to buy anything. Also you can add a shuttle or paid service to the closest supermarket during the day, is not easy to walk all the way, specially if there is traffic

Airport shuttle driver fantastic. Please be more clear where people should wait to get picked up. Which exit to use, where to wait. Fellow travelers very boisterous late at night. No wash cloths in bathroom. Only hand towels and bath sheets.

My room at the hotel was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. However the restaurant food and service was outstanding! I had pasta with fresh porcini and articokes which was delicious but the locally made chocolates and Portuguese brandy topped the meal off! Well done and Kudos to the restaurant team!

Our stay at the Sempione Hotel Ristorante in Casorate Sempione was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the hotel is—it offers a charming and peaceful atmosphere. What really made our visit stand out was the commitment of the staff. The entire team was very supportive and attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was excellent, providing a delicious start to our day. We particularly want to commend the server girl during breakfast; she was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every guest felt looked after. As the icing on the cake, the complimentary shuttle service was an excellent perk that added a great deal of convenience to our travel plans. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and supported stay near the area.

Stayed here to be close to Malpensa airport for a flight the next day. It’s clean with friendly staff but the real standout is the restaurant that is attached. It’s really good, authentic Italian food without pretense. Free shuttle is another plus.
