this Hotel is brand new and the staff was very accommodating! This location is not ideal for visiting the Old city of Milan, and the Museum of Leonardo Di Vinci and the Domo which was amazing. $25 to $30 cab ride to just about everything. The location ( far from downtown) was the only down side

Overall perfect except for the yellow-haired at the front desk. I cannot recall his name, but he was by far the worst staff member we encountered. He firmly told us that a late check-out was absolutely impossible because the hotel was supposedly fully booked. Out of curiosity, we checked room availability ourselves shortly afterwards, and there were still plenty of rooms available. About an hour later, after the staff shift changed, we asked another staff member, and she kindly helped arrange the late check-out without any issue. Honestly, the experience felt insulting, and it even made us wonder whether there was some form of racism involved. Please do not try to defend the situation by saying late check-out availability is subject to change — we asked another staff member only about an hour later and received a completely different response.

Fantastisches, neues Hotel mit großen Zimmern, insbesondere auch für Familien sehr zu empfehlen, da zwei richtige Doppelbetten in den Zimmern vorhanden sind, nicht nur Schlafsofas. Küchenzeile sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend, lediglich das Rührei war irgendwie immer kalt. Einzig die Lage ist schwierig, wenn man in der Nähe des Hotels essen gehen möchte, da es kaum bis gar keine Möglichkeiten dazu gibt. Die Metro ist 900m entfernt und daher benötigt man einiges an Zeit, um ins Stadtinnere zu gelangen. Wenn man dies berücksichtigt, ist das Hotel aber eine sehr gute Wahl.
