The 36-square-meter studio apartment is just a short walk from many of the city’s major tourist attractions and entertainment venues. It’s easily accessible from Central Station, as it’s just a few meters from the M3 subway line (Maciachini stop) and Tram No. 4.
There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby (Lidl, Market, Carrefour, Esselunga), as well as Alcatraz, a famous live music venue.
It is part of a revitalization project for the Isola/Garibaldi neighborhood and is just a few hundred meters from one of the city’s green lungs, Milan’s Parco Nord.
The apartment features a fold-away double bed, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, a conventional oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a TV. Bathroom with shower stall and washer-dryer.
