Beautifully appointed rooms and common areas with a great working space that is very convenient for informal meetings and working. Room was a decent size by Milan hotel standards and the free mini bar provision was very generous as was the complementary coffee and snacks in the common areas. No restaurant or breakfast area but the very friendly and attentive staff were happy to provide recommendations and there’s a wide range of dining options nearby. Great attention to detail and lots of luxurious touches. The hotel is a bit of a walk to a metro station but there is a tram stop outside and the area is very nice in general with plenty to do and not difficult to reach from Linate airport. As other reviewers have said the spa is not on site and perhaps that should be made clearer in the profile. There was a steamer available but no iron or ironing board and given the amount of business travellers to Milan, perhaps that’s something that the hotel might consider providing.

The hotel is brand new, very beautiful and super well located (shops, restaurants, attractions) . Staff is friendly. Our room was very tiny, but well decorated and super modern (hi-tech). I found the light system a bit confusing. Al the refreshments were high quality and included in the price of the room. Nice coffees and a good coffee machine. Keep in mind that No breakfast is served in the Hotel but there are many places around.

Wonderful hotel! The hotel staff was professional and efficient with an early check in. The room itself was clean and modern with an upscale Italian decor. Location is great. Highly recommend and will stay again the next I’m in Milano.

If you don’t need a good mattress, good pillows, if you don’t care about controlling your room temperature and you love to sweat at night, this hotel is for you! The staff (with only the exception of SERENA) was plain rude and careless…. What seemed to be a cute little boutique hotel almost ruined our experience in Milano. Keep all of this in mind before booking! We stay for a week and the entire week we were asking to lower the ac we were sweating at night and they were always saying yes of course but never lower the ac 2 nights before we were leaving one of the staff told us “we cannot lower the ac because the ac is OFF i was so frustrated that i cried the entire night , i was tired and i wasn’t sleeping well …….. in the meantime at the beginning of our trip we stay 4 days at THE UNIQUE HOTEL in Brera and we were able to control the room temperature and sleep at night without sweating……. Also i. The qc hotel in the expedia website it says that it does not have an elevator… people ir does have 2 elevators So next time before i book anything i will contact the hotel directly and i will ask the things that will give me a pleasant stay

Excellent hotel, very comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the complimentary mini bar. We thought the spa was included with the stay but it wasn’t, however we booked the spa with the discount and enjoyed the spa very much. Great location that’s close to the city center and the bars. Would recommend this hotel for a weekend in Milan.

Interestingly the spa is not at all included, you are entitled to a 10% discount and is not even on site here. Rooms can be kind of loud I think the walls may be quite thin, quite small rooms and some interesting light switches which can make it difficult to actually select which lights to want on e.g bathroom light on in the night. Overall an okay stay and staff were lovely
