The apartment is in a prime location, less than 100 meters from the “Viale Monte Nero Via Bergamo” tram stop and 800 meters from the “Porta Romana” stop on the M3 (Yellow), which takes you to Piazza Duomo in just 3 stops. The apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a dining table, as well as a bathroom.



The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed, closet, TV, and dining table;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
