Beautiful Studio completely renovated, bright and quiet, a few steps from the Prada Foundation and three metro stops from the Duomo and the renowned Via Montenapoleone.

It's a loft-like made of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a large walk in wardrobe. In the upper part of the studio is located a bed which has an ergonomic mattress. There is a 55 inch Smart TV 4K which can be used to surf internet
A large shower is located in the bathroom.
The loft has individually controlled heating, air-conditioning and WiFi connection to connect your phone and listen to your own music without disturbing neighbors.

In loft style it consists of a comfortable living room in which there is an American kitchen fully equipped with every comfort, a convertible sofa, a spacious walk-in closet, a mezzanine bed with an ergonomic mattress and a 55-inch 4K SmartTv with which to navigate on the Internet.
In the bathroom there is a large and comfortable shower where you can relax. The loft is completely self-contained and equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi line. For you also a speaker in which to connect your smartphone to listen to your music without disturbing the neighbors too much.
The loft is at your complete disposal, there are no personal objects and you will not have to share the spaces with anyone, you will be completely at home and can use every comfort.

Towels, sheets, duvets and all you may need it will be available at your arrival.
On request we can also provide body shower and shampoo if needed.
Everything in the loft is at your disposal, the flat is independent and you do not have to share any spaces with anyone. You’ll feel at home. The only request we have is to please leave it as it was at your arrival. The loft is inside an old Milan style building. Please remember not to be noisy between 10pm and 7am.

Towels, sheets, blankets and everything you need will be present on your arrival together with shampoo and shower gel, for those who wish. The loft is at your complete disposal, there are no personal objects and you will not have to share the spaces with anyone, you will be completely at home and can use every comfort. The only request is to leave it in the conditions in which you found it and keep in mind that it is inserted in an old Milan style condominium context so we ask only the courtesy to reduce the noise from 23.00 to 7. 00.
We will be present at your arrival and for any need do not have problems in asking for information or special needs.

Inside the building there is a comfortable courtyard where you can enter the car to unload your luggage without haste.
In addition, if you want you can leave your car in a partner garage 150 meters from home.
With only 15 euros per night you will not have the thought of where to leave the car and you can even speak to wash.

The district has become more and more dynamic recently especially during Design Weeks, men and women Fashion Weeks and Music Week.
Walking distance (only 5 minutes) there is Prada Foundation
This is the place where next winter Olympic Games will take place in a few years.

At Carrefour market, open 24hours 7 days a week, is just behind the loft’s building.

The district represents one of the emerging fulcrums during the Salone del Mobile (Design Week), the Men's and Women's Fashion Weeks, the Music Week and is preparing for the future Winter Olympics to be held in a few years. On foot, in 5 minutes you can visit the Prada Foundation!
There is no shortage of bars, shops, pharmacies and various banking institutions.
In addition, the famous QC Terme Milano are also nearby. Behind the building you will find a convenient Carrefour supermarket open 24/7, and therefore you will not need to bring anything with you.

The position is very good, the underground station is just in front of the building main entrance, literally few steps away. The underground station is 7 stops away to Stazione Centrale and 3 stops from Rogoredo train Station whereas Duomo is only a few stops away. There is a bike lane just in front of the main entrance

It has a strategic position as the yellow metro that is located right in front of the building entrance: really a few steps away! This line connects both Central Station (7 stops) and Rogoredo Station (3 stops) and is located a few stops from the Duomo. Always in front of the entrance door you will find a cycle path that will take you directly to the Duomo thanks to the various rent a bike services.
