The flat was really nice, better than the photos, and well equipped. Great shower and a very comfortable bed, had a walk-in closet too! The kitchen was very well stocked. One small disappointment was there was no kettle. But there were plenty of pots and pans, so was able to boil some water for tea/coffee. Communication with the owner was great before the stay. Special thanks to Carlos for showing me around the flat - he doesn't speak English and I don't speak Italian, but we muddled through and all was ok in the end. Just one comment for the future - there were no instructions on the checkout process. Nothing was communicated to me before, nor I could find anything inside the flat. In the end I just left the keys in the kitchen and sent a picture showing where they were. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at the flat. If back in Milan again, will definitely stay here! Thank you!
