The apartment is located in the Portello neighborhood, just a short walk from City Life and MiCo, Europe’s largest convention center. The area offers a wide range of amenities and is well-connected by public transportation, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business trips.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony.

- SPACIOUS BALCONY (accessible from the living room and bedroom) with a small sofa and coffee table.
