I had two different experiences: 1) I wanted to reduce my seven day stay to a six day stay before the date for a full refund. I reached out four times and hotels.com reached out two times and they ignored us every time. I was stuck with a $500 room night that I didn't need. Very manipulative. 2) The room was clean, spacious and in a great location.
