Great hotel in the heart of Milan. Close to trains, food and anything else a tourist could ask for. The rooms we clean and the hotel staff are friendly. Helped with everything, check in was good. We never ate here but had a few drinks at the bar. Bar staff was friendly.

Staff never recognized my VIP status. Hotel never answered the 2 emails i sent prior my arrival. The bed was double bed so terrible for 2 people to sleep together. Very noisy..for all the 5 nights durinf the whole night there was noise as if furnitures were being moved around above us. Incorrect charges at the check out.
