The staff were very helpful in guiding access to the property and holding luggage after checkout. The property was well set up and situated in a beautiful part of Milan. Very clean and comfortable apartment for our short stay.

Very clean apartment! Loved that they had laundry in the suite! Its about a 22min walk to Duomo. Close by was some shopping, stores, restaurants and a Pam local. It was easy to navigate and we had someone meet us with the keys right at the apartment. It was spacious and had a little balcony.

Fantastic location, great room, amazing communication! I highly recommend this property if you are going to Milan. The host was so quick to respond, great communication and easy to access. The size was perfect for 3 of us. Great amenities in room. Paid Parking was right next door. Walking distance to the galleries and Duomo.

Pros: Clean, modern, well-appointed rooms, fast wifi and comfortable beds. Cons: The check-in process was unnecessarily convoluted and hapless. No staff to greet anyone, getting into the property was so difficult, requiring paragraphs of information via WhatsApp to gain access to the room. Even when I specifically requested a staff member to check-in because I didn't feel confident sending them a picture of my passport online, they sent 2 randoms to my room, who took a picture of my passport on their iPhone and left. The check-in process was so difficult in fact that throughout my stay I had new guests ringing my room's intercom confused about how to access their rooms (my doorbell was at the top outside the building). If multiple groups of your guests are having trouble with your check-in process, then please change it. They're certainly charging enough to hire someone to remain on the ground and receive new guests. Ultimately, despite the beautiful room, it felt unsafe and very unprofessional.

This property is horrible. Complicated check in. No one on side for help. We suppose to have someone coming to clean the room but no one came. I asked for only change towels, it's take 4 hours to bring towels. Beware it's very bad services. Not friendly staff.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Greeting staff has been helpful and the team constantly checks in via messages to ensure comfort and ease of stay. Ample transport options around the area and within reasonable walking distance. There are nearby restaurants and shops. But the best thing is the closeness to the place where the last supper painting is located

This property is perfectly located minutes walking from the Milan Duomo, Sforza Castle and Last Supper Monastery. Host is very responsive and the place was very nice just as described in the photos. Parking is a two blocks walk in case you are driving but otherwise our stay was perfect.

The staff at Milan Royal Suites and Luxury Apartments was a class act. I erroneously left my jewelry in the safe and they were exemplary in helping me get it back which was no easy task. They kept me up to date on everything and were so trustworthy and accommodating. Wonderful service.

First of all, it wasn’t a luxury apartment. It was very old and some of things were not working. It was very noisy at night and early morning. We could hear motorists and garbage trucks noises every day at 5:30 am. Verdi1 bedroom was on the street side. We couldn’t get sleep. I told the manager on the first day that I want another apartment but she said all are booked. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The apartment was very clean it looks like new . It is on a good location to walk around. It is near doumo. The only bad thing is the noise from the street and from the other apartment next to it . The room where I stay was not soundproof . You can hear everything .
