It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, and is the ideal solution for a holiday or business stay thanks to the fast wi-fi with optic fiber.
It’s only a 10 minute walk to the Central Railway Station, just a few steps away from both the M1 Lima metro stop and Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous shopping streets in Europe.

The flat combines an elegant contemporary style with some vintage details and sophisticated design elements.
As soon as you enter, you’ll find on your right a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric glass-ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven and kettle. There are also coffee capsules and tea bags.
To brighten up your creative moments in the kitchen, there’s the first design element: the iconic Tolomeo lamp by Artemide, Milanese excellence.
The living area, where you can relax after a tiring day of shopping or work, consists of a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a 43" 4k smart TV equipped with Netflix for guest use.
The walls are decorated with an original collection of prints and two splendid vintage lamps from the Venice craft markets.
A large French window illuminates the living room and leads you to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening or a typical Italian breakfast.
In the hallway between the living area and the bedroom, you will find a cupboard containing a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
The modern, custom-made bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and welcome-kit with shampoo, shower-bath and body-lotion.
The elegant bedroom, with soundproofed windows, has a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and integrated drawers and a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress for nights of absolute rest.
The innovative home automation system will also allow you to adjust the blinds throughout the house to your liking, even to complete darkness if you wish.
Reflecting the style of the living room, there are two Murano glass lamps in the bedroom, as well as two practical bedside tables by Kartell, a historic Milanese design company.
The house is equipped with centralised air conditioning for both heating and air conditioning, and there is 1 gb optic fiber Wi-Fi, particularly efficient for managing various connected devices and for smart working.

The sofa bed is prepared free of charge only for reservations of 3 or 4 guests. For 2 guests, there is still the possibility to prepare the sofa bed but at an additional cost of 25€ to cover the cost of related linen, to be paid before check-in.
