We did not enjoy this property, however the staff was wonderful and very helpful! Location felt unsafe, large gates to enter the property and streets around it dirty and under construction. Our room smelled of strong smoke and there was someone else’s jacket in our closet. Not very clean. Overall poor rating, but front desk staff excellent!

It was very clean and newly restored. My only complaint is you had to leave your room to walk down the hall a bit to unlock and use your private bathroom. Additionally the beds were just ok. Parking is a bit tough, it is just street parking and could be challenging. We got lucky but if you arrived in the evening you could find it hard to park.

Comfortable and excellent value

Very comfortable place to stay, great breakfast (although only made it there once as we had early starts). Staff we're very helpful and friendly on arrival and air con was an added bonus as it was very warm. We stayed in room 14 which was 3 singles, perfect for what we needed. Lots of authentic local restaurants, fully recommend Ciccio Pizza !

We did the late check in around midnight and we got the detailed instructions for self check in which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. AC worked nicely and had perfect sleep. The breakfast was wonderful and had tons of choices and great service too.

great small hotel near Lambrate train station

We had a room on the top floor of the annex building and loved it. Had a new split A/C unit that worked well. Recently renovated and had a modern Scandinavian feel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Room was okay, nice for the price, same with the hotel itself. Clean and nice hallways and exterior. The only and main problem is the toilet, there was mould and it wasn't that clean. The shower was also spritzing water.
