The hotel is well tended, the staff well trained, and very willing to assist travelers enjoy a fantastic experience in Milan. My room was large, very comfortable, and set up nicely, with plenty of amenities available. The hotel is a little hidden, but getting around, walking to sites, and taxi services, posed little or no challenges. The hotel will be a first choice when I return to Milan.

Hotel was in a quiet location well placed for shops, restaurants and the nearby metro. Stayed in an executive room, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff were welcoming and attentive, slight issue on checkout but quickly resolved. The beauty of the hotel is its history. Once a perfume establishment, this has been carried over into hospitality. Each of the rooms have been appointed a scent associated with the company and our room smelt amazing. Would i visit this hotel again? Definitely.
