Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We felt safe in this area of Milan and found some lovely places to eat nearby. Communication with the host was quite good. The hot water for showers was lacking. I would not recommend this accommodation for people with young children or anyone with mobility issues as the stairs and handrails to the loft bedrooms could be a challenge. Overall, I would rate this unit 3.5 stars!

Wonderful space--a two-bedroom, two-bath loft with character in a great neighborhood. It is quiet, homey, and ideal for long stays. I recommend highly and would definitely stay there again.

Lorenzo met us at the apartment, our flight was a bit delayed and he was very understanding, even gifted us a lovely bottle of wine. The apartment is so quiet being set back from the main road. The location was perfect for us, lots of good food and shops on its doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s loft in Milan. He was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was okay. He also offered extra linens and towels, which we appreciated, although there were already plenty provided.The location was perfect for our trip to the Milano Olympics. It was close to the Metro lines, the airport, and excellent restaurants, including the Michelin-rated La Alchimia.The apartment was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. There was a coffee maker, hair dryer, high speed internet, and tons of TV channel options. It truly had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Lorenzo as a host.

The location of this place was excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo area. Transit is also very close and easy to use. We went to San Siro for a match and transit is only steps away from here. The apartment is well stocked, close to great restaurants and shopping as well.

The location was absolutely perfect — walking distance to Duomo and super convenient for getting around. The loft was just right for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. It felt really cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and everything we needed being right there. It made our trip easy and fun, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment

It’s a really nice apartment and very comfortable It is located back from the street so very quiet. The host is very helpful. There are some minor maintenance jobs needed. I would certainly stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. He even came to the property when we couldn't figure something out. You can walk to shopping and dining options. Highly recommend. My only recommendation is more specific instructions to find the building. It's to the back but I first entered the wrong building and tried to access the wrong unit. Wendy

Comfortable apartment

Was clean and cozy , good location , couple minor issues with original access/ entry to apartment and could not figure out how to get warm water for shower , so just took cold showers. But it was so hot outside when I was there that the showers were fine to cool off.

First Time In Milan

Week-end with friends in Milan

We had a great weekend with friends in this house. The place was clean and very well located (about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, or 15 minutes by tram. The station is right next door). The instructions for collecting the keys upon arrival were a bit confusing, but Lorenzo was reachable by phone and was able to help us quickly. Note that it’s a loft, so the two bedrooms are not enclosed, and daylight comes in early in the morning. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend this accommodation.
