Comfortable and bright apartment located in the Brera area, literally in the center of Milan!

The apartment is large, bright and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable! The apartment has everything you might need during your stay.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first floor there is the living area where there is a well-equipped kitchen and a large HD TV; on the second floor there is a room with a view on the floor below.

Check-in: your check-in, meant as guests information, will be entirely online and in advance; please notice that, as required by the local law, the registration of the guests is a must. During the process you will be asked to fulfill the form with your valid ID information. You will also asked to pay for the city tax, the cost is 3€ per person per night (people under the age of 18YO and residents musn’t pay).



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
