The apartment is nice and characterful, and it is in an excellent location. It was nice and peaceful. I had a few problems whilst I was there, which is why I’ve rated it quite low. The key box was jammed when I arrived and took quite a while for me to get through by phone before I good speak to someone. The person went through a few PIN codes with me but still wouldn’t open. They then said some times the box jams so to push first before pull. This worked fine, so this would be useful info to have on the check in details. Not all the sockets worked, so for example I could have either bedside lamp or phone charger, but not both. One of the bedside lamps had no bulb, so I contacted Italianway, and they brought one the next day. But it was a bright white one, so not suitable. For the appliances in the apartments such as kettle, toaster, hairdryer, there was only one socket on the lounge floor where these plugs fitted. I contacted Italianway and they said I needed a special adapter which should be in the apartment, but there wasn’t. So they had to bring one the next day. There wasn’t never any apology about these issues, which would have been appreciated. There was a big problem with mosquitos, so a plug in deterrent would be useful in the apartment. I’d strongly advise guests to bring one. We had a really good time despite these problems, but it did feel a bit like Italianway didn’t care too much about the problems.

Location was excellent, walking distance to the fashion district, Duomo, and the train station. Room was nice, but it was confusing to get the keys and we had to walk to a different location and they weren't there when we arrived after 3 pm. There were also a few mosquitos in our room every night.
