Well, more often than not, you book something based on photos and description; only to be disappointed because the photos are years old, or taken in such a way as to hide issues. But... I can assure you that THIS IS NOT, the case with this apartment and company!!!
I booked this apartment for a few of reasons. One, it is within 5 minutes walk of the surface trains at the Villapizzone Station to downtown and to Rho Fiera where I was attending the EICMA Motorcycle Show. Super convenient! Not so convenient for tourists, but for a businessman, perfect. Second, it was based on the location as it is in a quiet neighborhood, but with a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Three, it looked great in the photos!
Well, imagine my surprise, when I arrived at the apartment... (Yes, it was inconvenient to have to go downtown to the key pick up point in the Central Station...) But, once past this and arriving at the apartment to be greeted by a super clean apartment, exactly (or should I say even better than) as the photos!
Not only was the apartment clean, but the bed linens were clean, and freshly washed, bathroom spotless, and all the furniture clean and comfortable. EVERYTHING you need is in the apartment... Truly, it was a great apartment, in a great location, and a great experience overall! I couldn't have asked for more from the apartment, or from the customer service team (Luigi and Matteo). I'll be back!
