Lovely stay, really nice hotel and great staff. But I gave a reduced rating for hair on wall of the wall of the bathroom and because the duvet wasnt clean. Otherwise no complaints and id stay again.

Rooms are quiet and offer good nights rest. Breakfast was good as well and the staff were so helpful and nice. However Bring your own toiletries, specifically shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also wifi spotty so you may need back up data.

If they could fix the issues I’d stay there again.

The room constantly had mosquitos in it. One day the AC broke and they couldn’t get it fixed so it was 27.5-29.0 C in the room. The door wouldn’t latch properly so the security was dubious. Also the door handle on the bathroom was repaired by someone that did a horrible job so it was loose and had been screwed on hastily.

Would not recommend staying here. It was not in a good area. We were uncomfortable walking off property. It is not close to the city. Had to spend at minimum 30 minutes to get a taxi in. Tram was not running to Duomo when we stayed. Front desk staff was not helpful or pleasant. Had to pay for pool usage which isn’t listed in the Expedia posting prior to booking.

Air conditioning didnt work. I found out after checking in, they knew it was broken. Theyll also charge you extra if you want to use the pool. No mention of that on the Expedia site, even though the front desk said it was there.
