Bright and Comfortable

A hotel located less than 5 minutes walk from Milan Central Station. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite. The room is clean, spacious, bright with two chairs as well. The bathroom's rainfall shower is the best I have ever had in hotels.

Beautiful, great location hotel with great breakfast. Daytime Front desk I thought was a bit rude. Had problems with the air conditioning in my room. They were not too concerned and tried but did not fix it. We had 2 rooms and the other room was very pleasant. Questionable porter as I feel he lifted my credit card when I left it on my phone when placed in storage. He conveniently found it when I made a big deal about it missing. Front desk unconcerned.

This is a very convenient and affordable hotel, just a stones throw from the train station. It offers a/c (although we could not control it), clean hotel with a decent breakfast, included in the price. Staff was very nice to us and took our bags since we arrived early in the morning. The only issue was the mosquitos. We had no windows open and they must have came in thru the vents. We mentioned this to them and they were oddly prepared stating they had a spray ready, if we called in the middle of the night.

Wonderful hotel, located about 5 minutes away from the main train station, the check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet area. There is a restaurant right across the hotel, great pizza.

The location is incredibly convenient for traveling out of or into Milan via Stazione Centrale. Subway is also convenient and close by. While the location is great, if you’re used to international standard of what a 4-stars hotel is, lower your expectations. The double queen bed room we stayed at was extremely expensive for size and conditions, especially of the bathroom which showed signs of mold along all the shower perimeter as well as missing faucet pieces. Extremely quiet though it was on the mezzanine floor (marked “A” in the elevator). Overall a convenient stay for our one day lay-over, but would not recommend for a longer stay. Staff was great.
