The staff were exceptional. Breakfast, bar service, reception and cleanliness superb. Room spotless. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with transport links. Nice park on doorstep and 30 minute walk to cathedral. Small and friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay- my room was over the street and it was very noisy, but I do not blame Sanpi for that. Very comfortable and accommodating.

Friendly staff, got an upgrade to a room that fits four people which was gigantic. However I do feel some parts of the hotel are dated. The bathtub didn't hold the water, so was useless. There was no air circulation in the room, only in the bathroom. I found out too late that there was an extra panel outside of the window to hold the light, so woke up very early because the curtains didnt hold the light. And the gym was also dated in a basement with old equipment..No proper dumbells or a bench. I didn't use the cardio machines. For me breakfast wasn't worth it. Better options in the area. Overall I would stay again for the price, but then with different expectations.

A comfy, clean, place to stay while visiting Milan. The rooms were a bit dated but the lobby bar was great. Staff was kind and helpful. The location is a bit far from more of the touristy areas of the city, which can be good or bad depending on your preferences.
