NO PARKING

I booked only because the description says: " park available on site, 15 euro" for a surprise, there IS NO PARKING, I had to park in another place, carry my luggage and paid 40 euro.

Nice clean hotel in good location

Hotel in a good location next to Navigl canal area, 20 mins walk from Duomo. Clean and bright with a good breakfast selection and very helpful reception staff. Slightly noisy as it is next to a McDonalds and tram stop, but the sound proofing is pretty effective. We enjoyed our stay there

The hotel was ok. But there was a particular male staff who was not nice and it appeared he was profiling. He wasn’t helpful atall and had a terrible attitude. This is particular to that staff because for the same issue another staff had a completely different approach and offered a seamless solution. I would not recommend this hotel because of this.

Great hotel in a very convenient location

It’s difficult to get a good value hotel in Milan but this hotel is both reasonable and in a great location for exploring the city. Room was nice and well equipped although another power point near the bed would have been helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast manager was fab.
