Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy our beautiful terrace because the weather refused to cooperate! A tasty breakfast was offered in the morning, with made to order specialty coffees, and we enjoyed Aperol Spritzes during the complimentary happy hour. The hotel common areas were beautiful, including an open air atrium, and a patio behind the bar. The location was amazing for our first time visit to Milan, with most of the sights we wanted to see within 6-12 minutes. But the real standout here was the staff! The women at the reception desk were so friendly, personable, and helpful. Taxis, restaurant suggestions, storing our bags, and warm smiles. We felt so welcome, and I’m sure you will be too!

Hotel Milano Castello exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The hotel’s interior was immaculate, featuring elegant marble floors throughout. The minibar was well stocked with soft drinks, and the bar area provided a pleasant spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—better than any I’ve experienced at other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Milan.

Great location down a quaint and quiet cobblestone street but yet just steps away from the Duomo, great restaurants and high end shopping! The room was immaculate. Free breakfast and cocktail were included. The front staff Eugenio, Amanda and Sandra were absolutely delightful, helpful and joyful people. They seemed to be genuinely excited for us to discover their beautiful city. I can’t say enough great things about this boutique hotel! If i ever have the opportunity to return to Milan i will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and very friendly staff! The location of the hotel is superb, right in the heart of centro storico, within easy walking distance to all main attractions, shops, and restaurants.
