After arrival, they made paid $ 410 extra for another bed for my son , that we did not use. Also they have to change the bathroom shower cable , because it was disgusting. I've call Expedia as a gold member I am entitle of a free upgrade when available, I have never ask for one, but it was deny.

Flight landed in morning and luckily could get hotel room before lunch. The room view is very beautiful though on low floor, it’s opposite to the Milano Centrale Train Station and the big apple statue. Short walking distance to Centrale Train Station, and Metro entrance is just outside the hotel. Felt safe when staying here, reception staff are nice and fast response to my requests. Highly recommended to others for Milan visit.

The heating is controlled centrally, not in each individual room. The room was 30 degrees Celsius throughout the entire night, no ventilation, it was hot and dry, not great for breathing. When we questioned, they just said it’s controlled centrally and there’s nothing that can be done. It was uncomfortable, and I’m glad we stayed for one night only.
