We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, and went out of their way to assist us with every request. The location is a major highlight. it's perfectly situated within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. The waiters during breakfast were very attentive, and the breakfast itself was satisfactory. We also enjoyed drinks at the rooftop restaurant; while we found the food to be a bit overrated for the price, the views are absolutely stunning and make it a perfect spot for an evening cocktail. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The room cleaning could have been more thorough, as we noticed some dust and dirt remained after service. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Given the superb location, outstanding service, and overall comfort, we would happily return and rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10.

We were not able to control the room temperature at night, it was too hot, and we were not able to open the window because noisy outside. The internet was not very good, and there were not enough outlets by the bed !!

My room on the 7th floor was not as nice as the room I had at my previous stay a week before on the 3rd floor. I could hear outdoor noises more than in the other room I stayed in. Otherwise all the staff were very orofessional
