I didn't see any bar inside the hotel i do go outside to find a bar and food the staffs i meet are not friendly to me the room was not clean during my stay to me alot was lacking my room was very cold it's not a good experience for me

First thing to note is that there’s another Hotel Bristol very well located near Milan Centrale train station! Be careful if quickly adding the hotel to your map app as this one is a 30 minute ride out of the centre!! That aside, it’s a decent hotel if a little dated perhaps. It was clean and spacious with private bathroom but cash only and quite pricey for the quality but I guess that’s just Milan!

What you have is what you pay for

Well....to be fair, among all the expensive hotels in Milan, we have chosen this one because of it's price. Staying for a night is fine but you need to know this is what you have paid for. and there is a room with an outside toilet and bathroom, which is our room. They have written very clearly that we might have this room, just unlucky. So inconvenient to have an outside toilet!
