This was a lovely hotel, very conveniently located across from the train station. Should have been easy to get to via the Metro from the airport but construction complicated things and we had to lug suitcases farther than anticipated. The breakfast itself was a pretty impressive spread but the wait staff made it seem even more special. They greeted you promptly and took your order for a coffee drink of your choice and were very attentive throughout. Made to order items were available as well as the traditional spread. The large windows provided an expansive street view, but could be covered as needed for privacy and to darken the room. The shower/bath had multiple shower heads and tub jets. We found it entertaining but difficult to use.

The hotel was good, close to the Milano Centrale train station. Breakfast could be more varied. Hats off to the front desk, especially Ali, who worked the evening and late-night shifts, going out of his way to make me feel at home.

Adequate accommodation but could have used some TLC in the bathroom. Moldy grout and tough to get hot water. Bed was hard and no A/C on a very warm night.

Avoid this hotel

Front desk staff viewed guests as a necessary evil, towels were placed on the carpets in the corridors, the rooms were basic - if this was four star I dread to think what lesser-starred hotels have to offer - and was noisy. If you to stay near the station, this hotel's only plus point, then there must be better options.

Best station option

Was very warm so they turned up my ac and I slept very comfortably. Shutters outside windows are great for noise and keeping it cool. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked in the Hotel it was in a bad area. The Hotel had a bad smell. They gave us the key to the room when we got to the room it had a note on the door please clean. We opened the door it was a disaster and had a very bad odor. We went downstairs told the guy the room wasn’t cleaned and left. This Hotel shouldn’t be on Expedia site. Horrible conditions.

The Hotel is excellent. It is walkable from Milan Central Station. You can see the station from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel room itself gorgeous looking.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. 🛏️ Our room was lovely — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. 🚉 One of the best aspects was its location: just a stone’s throw from Milan Central Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. 🍝 The surrounding area is packed with great restaurants, offering a wide variety of cuisines just steps from the hotel. 🌟 We’d happily recommend Hotel Bristol to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Milan.
