The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan.

This hotel is part of the arcade. You need to know that because at night it gets quite loud. However, you’re quite literally on top of everything! So it’s super convenient. The room we had was a loft style and the bed area was *unbearably hot* and I am usually freezing when I sleep so it wasn’t me! We had to open the doors that lead to the arcade just so we could breathe. With that came the noise. The hotel is immaculate. The room was a decent size. The bathroom was lovely. At the end of our trip it took them over 30 minutes to get our car. That was frustrating. When we inquired about breakfast we were treated like paupers because we “booked through Expedia” Well as Platinum Expedia members we are entitled to certain upgrades which we did not get. For the price point of this property I would not stay here again. Also for what it’s worth if you’re traveling with kids the walls are wallpapered nude bodies of both genders.

Why did I have to pre-check in all my personal details & passport photos when you still want to see them & take copies? It’s a waste of my time & doesn’t speed things up. Left bags with concierge & returned to pick up “key” at 5pm. Reception staff were unwelcoming. I waited for one to become available & was quickly asked what I wanted. Politely explained I just wanted to pick up key & was rudely told “sit there & wait” when all I did was respond to the question I was asked. Staff member then continued a long friendly conversation with someone else, when giving me my key would have taken 5 seconds given we’d already checked in. When we finally got the key code & room number we found the bags had not been taken to our room as promised & had to go down & ask, then wait a further 20 minutes Safe was broken. I understands & like most of the quirky art work but fake blood splashes all over the toilet walls is too much. Style over substance & I will not be spraying again.

The location is excellent if you want to be close to the Duomo! It is a 5 minute walk from there. To get there you pass through the major shopping district. Hotel is well renovated but the real steal is the price in an area where rooms go for 3-4x/ night.

The room(322)despite being clean and spraying cologne to get rid of the smell of sewage it still smelled horrible everytime we opened the bathroom door. We kept that door mostly closed but the area and the hotel had really good placement of the surrounding area to do shopping and dining.
