A cozy 40 sq m apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a five-story building with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and enjoys an excellent location, with all major amenities just steps away. We are in a quiet area of the city, just outside Milan's city center, an 8-minute walk from the Udine and Lambrate MM2 subway stations and the Lambrate FS train station.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, and dining table and chairs;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe, chair with desk, and split air conditioning;

- FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, first aid kit, central heating with thermostatic valves, split air conditioning (one in the bedroom), hairdryer, hangers, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: * after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

The apartment is located just outside Milan's city center, in a quiet area surrounded by green spaces, including:

- Parco Trotter (1.4 km walk), built in 1920 to host trotting races (hence the name "Trotter"). When the racecourse was moved to San Siro in 1924, the property was purchased by the city, which built a school building on the site. Therefore, the park is open to the public only when the school is closed (after 4:30 pm, weekends, holidays, and throughout the month of August). The park features many children's play areas and is also suitable for quiet, relaxing days. The old trotting track is still present;

- Piazza Aspromonte, with its central garden, a small public green space in the area.

- Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, best known for the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic University and live in the Città Studi area. Following its redevelopment, Piazza Leonardo da Vinci has been transformed into a garden space enjoyed not only by university students but by the entire city. The square also offers the opportunity to visit the Città Studi Botanical Garden: admission is free, and guided tours are available by reservation.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus to Milan Central Station, from where you can take the subway (M2) to the "Lambrate FS" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.
