Location has pluses and minuses. About 25 min walk to centre was great, close enough but also far enough. There was a large supermarket about 5min walk away, bus stop just outside the flat, tram closeby. Massive minus - seems like a party area so do not recommend on Friday or Saturday. It was loud till about 5am with people shouting, banging on things, fighting. Not possible to sleep. All in all I uld recommend bit not for the weekend.
